Inappropriate Content: Creating, accessing, or distributing content that is offensive, harassing, or disruptive.
Security Violations: Attempting to bypass or breach security mechanisms.
Personal Gain: Using Company resources for personal financial gain or non-business-related purposes.
5. Security and Monitoring
The Company reserves the right to monitor and record the use of IT resources to ensure compliance with this policy. Users should have no expectation of privacy when using Company IT resources.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, and may involve legal action.
7. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, and Company operations.
8. Acknowledgment
All Users are required to acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this policy.
